General Instructions for Applicants (Ph.D., M.F.Sc., M.Tech, M.B.A & PG Diploma)

Before applying the online form, please read the following instructions and make sure to have the soft copy of the below mentioned details:

1. Kindly read the TNJFU PG Prospectus 2025-26. Understand the procedure and know the Fees details before starting the Online Application.

2. Soft copy of Passport Size (Photo should be 100 KB in size)

3. Soft copy of X/HSC/CBSC/Equivalent Examination Mark Sheet (Photo should be 500 KB in size)

4. Soft copy of Transfer Certificate (Photo should be 500 KB in size)

5. Soft copy of Permanent Community Certificate (if applicable) (Photo should be 500 KB in size)

6. Soft copy of PDC/UG Degree Certificate with Final Mark Sheet (Photo should be 500 KB in size)

7. Soft copy of PDC/PG or Ph.D Degree Certificate with Final Mark Sheet (Photo should be 500 KB in size)

8. Soft Copy of DD Challan (Photo should be 500 KB in size)

9. Signature of Parent Guardian (Photo should be 100 KB in size)

10. Signature of Candidate (Photo should be 100 KB in size)
